As your coach, I will free you from that constant struggle and battle with your weight. You will receive the tools to get you to your goal weight and permanently keep it off without feeling miserable or deprived.

Instead of having to see a separate nutritionist, personal trainer, behaviour change specialist, NLP coach, sleep specialist and mindfulness trainer, Sculptrition can provide all of these services in one session.

All programmes are personalised and tailored to your specific needs. I will support you in between sessions and check-in regularly. All sessions are run online as video calls on Zoom.

I have personally gone through a transformational weight loss journey after a decade struggle with yo-yo dieting, disordered eating, and unsustainable workout schedules. I lost 50 lbs. and have kept ALL of it off – without eliminating food groups, measuring portion sizes, depriving myself of meals out, or feeling like I had to spend hours in the gym to get the body I wanted.


Now my life’s mission is to help women like you regain confidence in yourself and transform your body.
