Before making any changes to your diet, lifestyle or to any medications that you are taking, we would recommend that you first consult with your GP, doctor or another medical professional.

- Please respect your coach's privacy in their personal and professional life and do not endeavour to ask your coach questions about their personal life.

- Unless specifically told otherwise or in the case of any emergency, please aim to only send your coach updates on your progress and questions/concerns every 2-3 days at most.
