The 5-Day Energy Workout Menu is a fatigue-friendly, flexible weekly workout plan designed specifically for busy women who want to feel more energized and stay consistent with their fitness — without burning out. This self-paced program offers a carefully curated selection of workouts and let's you choose a movement option that matches your energy level for that day. Inside the program, you'll find a simple menu of workouts. Pick one movement "meal" a day based on how you feel: SNACK Workouts (5-10 minutes) — Low energy workouts for the days you're running on empty. MEAL Workouts (15–20 minutes) — Medium energy workouts for the days you have a little more gas in the tank. FEAST Workouts (25-45 minutes) — High energy workouts for the days you're ready to move and smash your goals. No guilt. No punishment.
