Amanda Place

CLASSES: SCULPT, STRENGTH, FLEX

​

An award-winning coach and Founder of Sculptrition, Amanda Place is an instructor like no other.

 

She has been working in the fitness industry for over a decade and has worked alongside top fitness leaders in the UK, Canada and the United States.

​

Since starting Sculptrition she has become a household name in the UK fitness scene and her programmes have been praised in Women's Health, The Guardian, Mirror, Daily Mail, SheerLuxe, Health & Wellbeing and The Weekend Pages to name a few.

​

Passionate about health and fitness, Amanda truly practices what she preaches and has a unique ability to inspire and motivate her members in every class.

Jordan Clark

CLASSES: TABATA

​

Jordan is a certified NASM Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. 

​

All the way from Calgary, Canada, she started her instructor journey at Versa Climber and has now joined the Sculptrition team to share her passion of fitness internationally. 

 

You’ll feed off of her Canadian cultured energy and surprise yourself on how much fun you can have whilst working hard. 

 

She's so excited to meet you all and get you moving in her classes!

Daniela Dinardo

CLASSES: YOGA

​

Dani is a yoga and mindful meditation instructor from Glasgow.

 

Her creative and dynamic Vinyasa yoga classes will get you moving your body in a functional way and resting the focus and awareness on the breath.

 

She hopes that by sharing these mindful practices, you will take the same mindfulness you apply during classes into your daily lives.

 

She will show you how to work with your body, not against it, and how good it feels to be present. See you on the mat!

Tiffany Hionas

CLASSES: PILATES

​

Tiffany is a London based pilates and barre instructor. 

 

She is dedicated to helping you to become healthier and happier through low impact fitness.

 

Her classes are designed to tone, sculpt and discover that deep burn, whilst lengthening and de-stressing all the muscles.

 

Every class she teaches will fire the core, challenge your endurance and make you feel more relaxed all over.

Arwa Zakir

CLASSES: STRENGTH

Elia is a strength and conditioning instructor from Wales.

 

She thrives on getting you to reach your true fitness potential and is here to show you how empowering strength training can make you feel.

 

Including a mixture of full body exercises with minimal equipment, you will get strong and confident while having fun.
